TECHNOLOGY POLICY INSTITUTE ASPEN FORUM
The Technology Policy Institute’s Aspen Forum will be hosted August 22 – 24, 2010 at the
St. Regis Aspen Resort, Aspen, Colorado.
REGISTRATION
Registrations are currently being accepted for TPI’s 2010 Aspen Forum. Please note that registrations are not confirmed until the registration fees have been paid in full. Registration cancellations must be received prior to August 1, 2010 to be eligible for refund. Note that refunds are subject to a 5% surcharge. Registration does not include travel or accommodations.
The registration fee structure is as follows:

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATIONS
The only thing more important than registering is booking hotel and flight accommodations for TPI’s Aspen Forum. Seats on flights into Aspen are limited and hotel rooms sell out quickly. Please reserve yours right away.
The St. Regis Aspen Resort is the host location for TPI’s Aspen Forum. Ideally located at the base of Aspen Mountain, the resort is within walking distance to all of Aspen’s shops, restaurants and entertainment. Summer brings fly-fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking and whitewater rafting. Year round, guests enjoy the Remede™ Spa, and 24-hour fitness center.
A group rate has been negotiated with the St. Regis Aspen Resort. Please note that space is limited; secure your reservation now. Hotel reservations can be made online with the St. Regis Aspen Resort or by contacting group reservations at (970) 920-3300. Please be sure to reference Tech Policy Institute’s Aspen Forum to benefit from the group rate. After June 8, 2010, the group rate will only be honored based on availability.
Many options for air transportation are available. The Aspen airport is conveniently located four miles from the St Regis Aspen Resort; Eagle/Vail airport is 68 miles outside of Aspen; and the Denver International airport drive is 220 miles to the conference venue. Please note the St. Regis Aspen Resort provides complimentary shuttle transfer for commercial air passengers arriving at Aspen Airport. Round-trip service to/from alternative airports in Eagle and Denver is also available.
In the event of cancellation, it is the responsibility of the attendee to cancel hotel and air transportation. Cancellation fees may vary.
